What are the subscription plans?
AirdropPilot offers three plans: Free (track up to 3 airdrops, $0.00), Starter (recommended for light users typically 10 airdrops; currently $4.99/month or $49.90/year), and Pro (unlimited tracking; currently $14.99/month or $149.90/year). Prices and billing options are shown on the Payment page where you can choose monthly or yearly billing.
How do I add a new airdrop?
Go to the Airdrops page and click the "+" button. Fill in the project name, type/network, short description, estimated value, deadline, and optional project image. Click "Create Airdrop" to save.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
When you reach your plan limit (3 for Free, 10 for Starter), you cannot add more airdrops until you upgrade your plan. The Airdrops page will show your current usage and an upgrade button.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Click on the Payment link in the sidebar. Select the plan you want to upgrade to and complete the payment. An admin will activate your plan, and your airdrop limit will increase immediately.
Can I cancel a payment?
Only admins can cancel pending payments. If you made an accidental payment, contact support through this page and an admin will review and cancel it if appropriate.
How do I change my avatar?
Go to Settings > Avatar section. Click "Upload new avatar" and select a JPG, PNG, or WEBP image (max 2MB). Your avatar will update immediately.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password and then set a new password (at least 8 characters). Confirm the new password and click "Change password".
Where are my airdrops displayed?
Your airdrops appear on the Airdrops page. You can filter them by status: All, Active, Pending, or Completed. Click "View Details" on any airdrop to see full information.
How do I view my dashboard?
Click on "Dashboard" in the sidebar. Your dashboard shows all your airdrops, upcoming deadlines, tasks, reminders, and analytics at a glance.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email and follow the instructions to reset your password. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.
